Hi,
I have noted that in 1st, 2nd or 3rd order output mode, in order to make the visual position of a single source coherent with what I hear when decoded in ACN/SN3D in different plugins (Ambix, AmbiHead, o3a), I have to process Zephyr's ambisonic output as follow : - mirror front <> back - mirror top <> bottom Otherwise, moving right goes to the left, and moving upwards goes below.
Are you aware of this ? Since these plugins use the Ambix standard, it may be useful to follow the same convention ? Unless I am wrong of course in my tests ! I have simply reduced all the reverb values to get the more straight sound possible.

I have simply reduced all the reverb values to get the more straight sound possible. I'm partly aware of alignment issues as Zephyr internally uses different coordinate settings. The current fix is to use the rotation in the misc panel (e.g. Yaw 180 degree rotation) and the invert switch to establish consistent alignment. Let me know if that works for you as I've only tested this against the AmbiX plugin. The fix is to rotate pitch by 180 degrees internally. Next version will have this.
